Your website has been hacked and you are feeling despaired?

As a social activity I have decided to make my skills available to those that cannot hire an IT professional to get their website back to a secure state.

With the many websites that are effected by the recent attacks on CMSs like Joomla or WordPress, I will not be able to help everyone. You have to realize that this work is not entirely automatic, I have tools that help me but a big portion of work still is conducted manually to ensure the stability of your content.

Please be advised that my offer of help does not include websites that host racist material, pornographic material or any other sort of content that is in any way incompatible with my moral rules. Any websites showing such content will be rejected.

This means that I will have to choose the cases in which I can help, and doing this in a social way will require me to know a bit about your website.

As soon as the questions have been answered I will be reviewing your case and contact you with my decision.

By asking me for support you agree that it is a voluntary offer, there is no work-like relationship between you and myself. I am doing this entirely as a social activity and do not ask you for any compensation.
You agree that I can reject your support request. You agree that in the case of legally questionable or illegal content on your website, the appropriate steps of contacting the law enforcement agencies in your area will be conducted.
There is no limit or warranty on the success of my help. In the case that I should not be able to remove the issues from your website, I will inform you.

I would like to emphasize that this is a help offer with social background. If you wish to show your appreciation for my activities I can accept donations through payments on PayPal and potentially other payment solutions. Please contact me in such a case and I will investigate on the options.

I am not running a company, I am not a non-profit organization and I am not able to issue any official letters of confirmation for the receipt of a donation as organisations are able to. This means I cannot issue you any document that you could use for your taxes.

Donations would help me to keep my equipment running and up to date, if you compare a small amount such as USD 15 in donation with the expenses you would have to expect from a professionally hired IT service to clean your website, you will certainly see how even a small amount could help.

Again I would like to make it clear that donations in no way are connected to the help I am rendering on your issue. Therefore the donation is not a salary and not a compensation of work. It does not have any effect on my decisions of cases I accept or reject, neither on the priority in which your case is handled.
